Mi chiamo Giacomo, sono un appassionato di Fotografia, oltre che di tecnologia, informatica e viaggi.
Frequento il Gruppo Fotoamatori Tresana, di cui ho l'onore di ricoprire il ruolo di Vicepresidente.
La fotografia, e lo dico con orgoglio, è il mio hobby: una valvola di sfogo, un divertimento, una passione. Non diventerà il mio lavoro perché deve essere un momento mio, di quando ne ho voglia e piacere, non rovinato da scadenze, imposizioni e necessità "di fatturare".
Il mio genere preferito è il paesaggio: catturare la bellezza del nostro Pianeta e registrare con uno scatto le emozioni che ci regala, sia esso un tramonto colorato, una alba dorata o la maestosità dell'Aurora Boreale. E soprattutto di notte amo osservare il cielo e rendermi conto dell'immensità dell'Universo.
A volte, però, mi piace sperimentare generi e stili totalmente diversi, perché non ho ancora deciso cosa fare da grande...

My name is Giacomo, and I'm passionate about photography, as well as technology, computers, and travel.
I'm a member of the Gruppo Fotoamatori Tresana, where I have the honor of serving as Vice President.
Photography, and I say this with pride, is my hobby: an outlet, a source of enjoyment, a passion. It won't become my job because it needs to remain something that's mine, for when I feel like it and take pleasure in it, not ruined by deadlines, obligations, and the need "to invoice."
My favorite genre is landscape photography: capturing the beauty of our Planet and recording with a shot the emotions it gives us, whether it's a colorful sunset, a golden sunrise, or the majesty of the Northern Lights. And especially at night, I love observing the sky and becoming aware of the immensity of the Universe.
Sometimes, though, I like to experiment with totally different genres and styles, because I haven't yet decided what I want to be when I grow up...
